Release Notes

This is the first release of VSLab compatible with Visual Studio 2010.
The core mechanism of VSLab to send text from the addin to F# Interactive has broken so I had to revert to a less glorious SendKeys.
Viewlets are workings though there are still minor problems in the VS integration.
